Tiger Fork x Butcher & Bee

Join us for the last few of our guest chef dinners in 2018 with chef / partner Nathan Beauchamp of Hong Kong-inspired Tiger Fork in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington, D.C.

At Tiger Fork, Beauchamp and chef de cuisine Jong Son create a playful menu of modern takes on Hong Kong street food, traditional dim sum and classic Chinese dishes with a global influence, emphasizing family-style plates and the communal dining experience. On September 28th
, Beauchamp joins us for dinner where he will be cooking a few of his favorite dishes alongside collaborative dishes from him and chef Bryan Lee Weaver and a few B&B favorites. Expect Asian flavors and lots of opportunities for sharing.
