We have added an additional pasta class with executive chef Michael Zentner to our series on Wednesday, January 16th. Chef Zentner hosts an intimate, hands-on pasta demonstration - no experience required - teaching the group how to make pasta dough and savory fillings, and how to cook and serve two styles of fresh pasta. After class, enjoy the fruits if your labor over dinner at Butcher & Bee with a multi-course, family-style dinner with wine pairing. Guests will take home detailed recipes to recreate their meal at home.
