We practice a traditional approach to baking. Our bread is long fermented with a sourdough starter, so it’s naturally more nutritious and easier to digest.
Our whole grains are sourced from local mills, including Lindley Mill in North Carolina and Anson Mills in Columbia, South Carolina, which supports locals farms and repatriates heirloom grains to the region.
We’re proud to offer our baked goods at select farmers markets and grocers around Charleston, as well as through wholesale.
