Flavorful Wholesome Bread

We practice a traditional approach to baking. Our bread is long fermented with a sourdough starter, so it’s naturally more nutritious and easier to digest.

Carolina Heirloom Grains

Our whole grains are sourced from local mills, including Lindley Mill in North Carolina and Anson Mills in Columbia, South Carolina, which supports locals farms and repatriates heirloom grains to the region.

Creative, Renowned Bakers

Our talented bakery team, which makes all our bread, pastries, sweets, and baked goods on-site, is led by four-time James Beard Foundation Outstanding Pastry Chef semi-finalist Cynthia Wong, the creator of the Phatty Cake.
