On October 25th, we're hosting a special collaboration with critically acclaimed guest chef Daniel Eddy of Walnut Street Café in Philadelphia, PA.
Eddy will be taking the flavors of his childhood spent in Nicaragua and sharing traditional dishes using Lowcountry ingredients. A rarity for the accomplished chef of lauded NYC restaurant Rebelle, Eddy will be sharing Nicaragun dishes like adobo chicken, nacatamales, tostones, maiz bread and tres leches cake. The menu will be available alongside an abridged B&B dinner menu, with a few collaborative dishes between Eddy and chef Michael Zentner. Beverages will be curated by visiting sommelier Matthew Conway of Marc Forgione Restaurant in New York - we're loading up on selected wines, beer and of course, rum.
Make your reservation online or over the phone. Dinner will be served a la carte and reservations are recommended.
***Please note: we are NOT taking reservations or tickets over Eventbrite, this is the event listing only. In order to make a reservation, please call us or head to our website: butcherandbee.com***
