On Tuesday, April 23rd, we'll be joined by two guys named Dan who grew up eating Chinese food and love cooking it: Dan Jacobs and Dan Van Rite from American-Chinese restaurant DanDan in Milwaukee, WI are cooking with B&B chef Bryan Lee Weaver for one night only. Van Rite and Jacobs opened DanDan in July 2016, bringing chef-driven Chinese food with a midwestern sensibility to Milwaukee’s dining emerging scene. The collaboration menu includes: pork dumplings, five spice chicken wings, General Tso's cauliflower, and plenty of Sichuan peppercorns.
